We booked comfortable room with extra bed for child and could use wake-up service, available in it. The room had climate control, flat-screen TV and a safe plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was perfect and marvellous - short way from everywhere we wanted to go.

The grand chandeliers and luxurious furnishings created a sophisticated atmosphere that made me feel like I was staying in a high-end establishment. The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean, which made it pleasant for me to walk around and explore. Additionally, as a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with smooth, well-lit corridors and ramps that allowed me to move around comfortably without any issues.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive and respectful staff. Unfortunately, some of the children working there seemed uninterested and lacked the professionalism needed to provide a high-quality experience.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Varnika at the front desk. The location was perfect, the rooms were comfortable, and the pool access was a great bonus. The food, especially the breakfast, was amazing and served lavishly. I highly recommend Golden Tulip for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
